Meet the founder.
Viola is a neuroscientist with a PhD in sleep science. After completing her Master’s degree in neuroscience at King’s College London, she spent five years studying sleep at the Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland, and obtained her PhD in 2024. She founded Somneia to share her expertise and provide practical, science-based support for better sleep, improved well-being, and peak performance.
